Tonetronix Shipping Policy
To be sure our customers receive the best deals possible, Tonetronix offers Free Shipping on most orders over $99.
- Total purchase amount of your order must exceed $99 (excluding tax). Items must qualify for our free shipping offer. Every product that qualifies for our free shipping offer will display the notification "This product Qualifies For Free Shipping!" on the product description page.
- All items that qualify for free shipping must ship via our select carrier's ground service or USPS. The following express shipping methods are available but do not qualify for our free shipping:
- First Overnight: Early morning deliveries, next business day
- Priority Overnight: Delivery by 10:30 a.m., next business day
- Standard Overnight: Afternoon delivery, next business day
- 2Day: Afternoon delivery, second business day
- Express Saver: Afternoon delivery, third business day
- Please note: Shipping via Standard express services does not automatically include Saturday Delivery. All carriers charge an additional fee on top of the standard express rate for Saturday delivery service. You must specify Saturday delivery if you wish to receive your item on a Saturday via express shipping, otherwise all shipments will be delivered on standard business days.
- We will charge you the exact fees for express services, based on the DHL, UPS, or FedEx web site.
- Free shipping is limited to the Continental US, and is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, other territories, or any other country.
- Free shipping excludes items which we are prohibited (by the manufacturer) from offering at the additional free shipping discount, and most large, bulky items where extreme shipping cost prohibit us to ship for free. These charges will be calculated after you place your order, and you will be notified of the actual cost of shipping at checkout or you can contact us prior to ordering and we would be happy to quote your actual shipping cost.
- Tonetronix reserves the right to modify the terms of our free shipping offer, select at our discretion, which items qualify for free shipment, or to end our free shipping offer at any time.
- Tonetronix does ship internationally, but our free shipping offer does not apply to international shipments. All international shipments must meet the criteria outlined in our International Sales Policy , otherwise we cannot complete the sale.
