Items can be ordered by using our secure online shopping cart at Tonetronix.com! Our site is always evolving. With literally thousands of products available, there are many areas under construction. If there is an item you are seeking that you can't find listed up on secure site, be sure to contact us at 330 534 5951 for a price quote on the item you're looking for. If we don't normally stock it, we'll do our best to get it for you providing it's a product that fits in with our existing product lines.
If you've found an item advertised for considerably less from another online source, feel free to send us an email with a link to the advertised product and we'll do our best to meet or beat their price. This does not apply to closeouts, special sale or loss leader items.

International Orders
Credit Card Orders: All international
Credit card sales WILL be verified by our CC verification service for correct
address, cardholder name, active status and availability of funds prior to
shipment of all orders. This process usually takes 24-48 hrs, but can take up to 72 hrs, so expect a slight delay in shipment for all international orders due to verification. International orders can ONLY be shipped to the address
that is on file with the card holding bank. This
means we can only ship to the address where the cardholder billing statement
is sent each month. Please be sure this is correct when entering your billing-shipping
information to avoid delays in shipment or order cancellation.
Note: Some
international transactions may require a faxed copy of your Credit Card to
be submitted to us for verification purposes.
Paypal Payments: When using Paypal as a method of payment, we will only ship to your address that is kept on file with Paypal. If there is no address on file with Paypal an alternate method of payment must be used or we will be unable to complete the transaction.
Pre-Payment with Certified Funds: If you wish to
place an order with us and do not hold a valid credit card, or would wish to
have your order shipped to an address other than that of your credit card,
you can choose to pre-pay by Secure Bank Check (certified), Money Order or
by Western Union Money transfer. To submit payment by these methods, just select
the "check" payment option at checkout and send your payment (Certified
Check or Money order) to us with a copy of your invoice. You can use your invoice
number (provided by email after checkout) for a reference number when sending
payment via Western Union Money transfer.
We
do not accept bank transfers directly to our bank account.
Customs Declarations: Only exact value amounts will
be declared on customs forms. Please do not ask us to list
a value other than the actual value of your order as we cannot accommodate
those request. All international sales will be
fully insured to ensure a smooth transaction.

not be held responsible for any orders cancelled due to suspicious activity,
failure to provide necessary order information, attempt to ship a credit card
order to an address other than the cardholder billing address, or invalid payment
information.
Domestic
Orders
Credit Card Orders: All domestic Credit Card
orders WILL be verified by our CC verification service for correct address,
cardholder name, active status and availability of funds prior to shipment
of all orders. While we prefer all US orders to be shipped to the billing address
of the cardholder, we do understand that there are certain circumstances that
may arise where this is inconvenient, or impossible to achieve. We may contact
you if your billing and shipping address do not match to verify information
prior to shipment.
Tonetronix reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. We will
not be held responsible for any orders cancelled due to suspicious activity,
failure to provide necessary order information, attempt to ship a credit card
order to a suspicious address, or invalid payment
information.
Pre-Payment with Check, Money Order or Secure Funds: If
you wish to place an order with us and do not hold a valid credit card, or
would wish to have your order shipped to an address other than the US, you
can choose to pre-pay by Personal Check, Secure Bank Check (certified), or Postal Money
Order. To submit payment by these methods, just select the "check" payment
option at checkout and send your payment to us with a copy of your invoice.

Privacy Policy: We DO NOT SHARE OR SELL any customer information with ANY organizations, customers, mass mailers or telemarketers under any circumstance.
Return Policy: We offer a 48 hour approval period on all normally stocked merchandise with the exception of speakers & parts. This means any normally stocked items (Excluding Speakers & Parts)purchased from us have a 48 hour trial period. If you notify us within 48 hours via phone or email that you are retuning the product at the end of the 48 hour trial period we will issue you an RA number. Items must be returned to us immediately upon receiving the RA number to receive a full refund (minus shipping charges and any associated credit card processing fees). All returns are tested and inspected to verify that the merchandise and all original product packaging, instructions and any other info that was present at time of purchase is returned and functioning as originally shipped. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to RMA's that are returned in a condition other than it was originally received by the customer. We will accept returns for up to 7 days after an RMA is issued for refund(weekends included). After 7 days, we will only issue an in store credit good toward other merchandise. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA! WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA! ALL shipping cost are the sole resposibility of the customer on returns.
We do not accept any returns on parts, speakers, tubes, pickups, special order items or international orders. All tube and speaker warranty will be subject to the manufacturers terms and solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.
In Warranty Repairs: If an item is found to be defective right out of the box, please contact us immediately so we can get the situation rectified. We cannot offer warranty service on a unit that is out of the manufacturers warranty period even if the customer states "the unit has never worked". We will be more than happy to address any defective items provided the customer reports the problem within the warranty period at the time the defect is found. We offer excellent customer service and will do our best to expedite all warranty repairs in order to make sure you have your working unit in hand as soon as possible.
Damage caused by user error, acts of God, misuse or abuse will be covered only at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Out of Warranty Repairs: We have a full in-house service department that services most all items we sell along with many others, we offer speaker reconing, amplifier repair and complete pro-audio repair. We will be happy to take care of any non-warranty repairs at our normal shop labor rates.
We offer this return policy to always ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality NEW merchandise, not a product that has been in someone's hand for 45 days, returned and sold to you as new.
